UV-1164GL application:
UV-1164gl is a new type of UV absorber that can strongly absorb UV rays and has a higher UV absorption rate, thereby providing maximum protection against photodegradation of polymers. Compared with other traditional UV absorbers, it has the characteristics of large molecular weight, low volatility, extraction resistance, and easy processing.
UV-1164gl has a light yellow appearance and will not cause coloration or discoloration of polymers. It can still maintain the original transparency or color of the product after long-term exposure to light and heat.
UV-1164gl can be used alone or in combination with light stabilizers (such as hindered amine compounds). It can be directly combined with resin or made into a masterbatch first, or it can be dissolved in a solvent and applied to the surface of the product. The recommended dosage is 0.2%-0.3%. The UV light absorption effect is significantly better than other traditional UV absorbers. Applicable to PP and PE; can also be used for polystyrene, polyester, ABS resin, PVC, nylon, polyurethane, etc.
