Natamycin Usage
Antifungal agent. It has a good anti-mold effect when it is used on food surfaces that are prone to mold proliferation and exposed to the air. Used for fermented cheese, it can selectively inhibit the growth of mold and allow bacteria to grow and metabolize normally.
