This product is the raw material for non-irritating baby shampoo, adult shampoo and skin cleanser, and is also an excellent household and industrial detergent, foaming agent, emulsifier and antistatic agent. Production method: 1 mol of lauric acid and 1.1 mol of hydroxyethyl diamine are put into a reactor, heated and melted, and dehydrated at 110-120 ?? under alkaline pressure to generate amide. Then continue to heat to about 250 ?? for dehydration, close the ring to obtain lauryl hydroxyethyl imidazoline, and then react with 2 mol of chloroacetic acid under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide to generate quaternary ammonium salt, and the finished product is obtained by discharging and packaging.
